Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most commercial maintenance is scheduled early morning or after close specifically so your operation is not disrupted. Emergency calls are answered whenever they come in.
Do you handle multiple locations?
Yes — several of our commercial customers have us across a handful of buildings with consolidated invoicing and a single point of contact.
What size buildings do you take on?
Light commercial: professional offices, retail, restaurants, churches, and residential rental property. Large industrial and chilled-water plants are outside what we do, and we will say so rather than learning on your building.
Can you take over an existing maintenance contract?
Yes. We will walk the building, inventory the units, and give you a written scope and price before anything changes over.
Do you offer emergency service?
Call us. A business with no heat or no cooling moves to the front of the schedule the same as a home does, and we will tell you on the phone when we can be there. If you run a building where downtime is expensive, ask about a maintenance plan — priority scheduling is part of it.
